GPS Ltd is currently involved in an affordable family housing project of 105 three, four and five bedroom homes for Family Mosaic on behalf of Team Homes in Bethnal Green, London.

The project requires GPS to produce precast concrete Elcon panels at the Team homes manufacturing facility, manage logistics of the product and install on site.

Through involvement in the process from manufacture, GPS ltd has been able to ensure that a high quality of product is delivered on a ‘just in time’ basis minimising cost. This is achieved by reducing any remedial works as well as increasing the speed of construction to ensure the project deadlines are strictly adhered to.

We have been able to undertake the installation of all precast stairs, landings, floors and walls allowing a single port of call for the client with respect to the concrete infrastructure. This lessens the organisational burden for the client, while allowing GPS to directly arrange all suppliers and deliveries.  The dedicated management provided by GPS Ltd has resulted in the provision of a flexible, harmonious, efficient and hassle free package for our clients.
